BayNorth and Crosspoint Begin Major Mixed Use Redevelopment in Newton, MA

The buildings are located in what's known as the Newton Technology Park, which spans three buildings from 143-165 Needham St. south of the MBTA Green Line Eliot station. Crosspoint will convert the two buildings fronting Needham Street from 109,000 square feet of office to 87,000 square feet of retail and rebrand the park "Newton Nexus."
